Gent Machine produces high quality screw machine products from the blueprint you provide. We produce your precision part from round, hex or square bar stock in diameters up to 7/8". In some instances we can manufacture up to 1 ¾" diameter.

Our large inventory of attachments and tooling allows us to produce your part quickly and make it for less than our competitors. Gent Machine is ISO 9001:2000 compliant and is working towards certification in the spring of 2009. In addition, we have partnered with Arrow Machine Company, a leader in high quality precision-machined parts. Through this partnership Gent Machine is TS 16494:2002 certified.

Our lead times:

Gent Machine is proud of our ability to provide an accurate delivery date. The exact date always depends on material and tooling availability and this will be stated in our quote. Our typical turn around from blueprint to parts is less than six weeks for large quantities. On small quantities we can usually make parts in around four weeks. We do offer faster turnaround at premium and if tooling and material is readily available.
